Who we are

Padmasri ImageWorks is a visual effects studio in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, run by [Legal entity name] ([Entity type, e.g. sole proprietorship / LLP / private limited]), registered at [Registered address]. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that business, and "the site" means psimageworks.com.

By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.

What the site is for

The site tells you about our studio and services. It's for information only, and nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a promise to do particular work at a set price or by a set date. We do project work only under a separate written agreement or statement of work (SOW), which takes priority over these terms for that project. We may change or remove any part of the site at any time.

Who owns the content

We own the site's content, including its text, design, images and video, our name and logo, and our studio ident film. The exception is material we license from others, such as fonts and software, which stays with its owners. Any client work shown here belongs to its owners.

You're welcome to browse the site, share links to it and save pages for your own reference. Without our written permission, please don't copy, reuse or republish our content, logo or ident film, use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, or use the site to train AI or machine learning models.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights
• try to get into, probe, disrupt or overload the site or our systems, or send them harmful code
• scrape the site with automated tools (normal search engine indexing is fine)
• send us spam or abusive messages, or pretend to be someone else

If you find a security problem, please email us instead of testing it further.

Enquiries and confidential material

Email is for first contact and general enquiries. Please don't send scripts, footage, plates, unreleased images, story details or anything else confidential until we've both signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Describe what you need in general terms and ask us for an NDA. Once it's signed, we'll agree a secure way to share files.

Until an NDA or other written agreement is in place, we can't treat what you send as confidential, and receiving it doesn't stop us from working on similar ideas for others. Sending an enquiry doesn't commit either of us to a project.

No warranties

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it's complete, up to date, always available, or free of errors or harmful code. Please confirm anything important with us in writing.

Limits on our liability

The site is free and for information only. As far as Indian law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the site is limited to INR 10,000. This doesn't limit any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for fraud, or affect your rights under data protection law. Project work is covered by its own agreement.

Links to other sites

We aren't responsible for websites we link to but don't run. Their own terms and policies apply.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or misuse the site, and that causes us loss or leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover that loss and our reasonable costs, including legal fees.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site or these terms. This doesn't affect your right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India about how we handle personal data.

General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post any new version here with a new date. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies. This version applies from 12 October 2026.
